📦 "We're not looking for drivers just to drive from A to B."
Discover Laiterie des Ardennes, Belgium's largest dairy cooperative — 1,900 Belgian dairy farmers — at the heart of the Greater Region. Around the clock, its teams collect milk directly on the farms across Wallonia and bring it to the processing sites, with a fleet of about 45 trucks and 100 drivers, plus its own heavy-vehicle garage.
In this video, Philippe Cambron, Driver Training Manager — who joined in 2015 as a truck driver — introduces the cooperative, its teams and the career opportunities available.
Laiterie des Ardennes recruits:
🔷 Milk-collection drivers (CE licence — trained to collect milk on the farms, not just drive from A to B)
🔷 HGV mechanics / electromechanics (pumping stations, pumping systems, tanks and trailers)
From collecting and testing the milk on the farms to maintaining the pumping stations and the fleet, every role keeps the daily collection running — 24/7.
💙 Why join Laiterie des Ardennes?
• A varied job where no two days are the same
• Home every day, with shifts organised in ~12-hour blocks
• Full training and support to grow into a milk-collection driver
• A wide range of profiles and real team spirit
• Working for a Belgian farmers' cooperative — work you can be proud of
