🥛 "Whatever your experience, we can train you."
Discover Solarec, a Belgian dairy company based in Libramont (Wallonia, Belgium), at the heart of the Greater Region and part of the Laiterie des Ardennes cooperative. With more than 500 employees, Solarec processes 1.6 billion litres of milk a year into butter, milk powder, milk, cream and mozzarella, exported to around 80 countries — a fast-growing, fully automated group that still feels human-sized and family-run.
In this video, Camille Dumont, Human Resources Director, introduces the company, its teams and the many career opportunities available.
Solarec recruits:
🔷 Industrial electricians & electromechanics (preventive and corrective maintenance of the automated lines)
🔷 Lab technicians (quality lab — testing raw milk and finished products)
🔷 Production operators (fully automated production lines)
🔷 Logistics & forklift operators (drivers for incoming milk, warehouse teams for finished products)
🔷 Plus openings in R&D, quality, sales and finance
From maintaining the machines to testing product quality and running the warehouse, every role keeps production flowing — and whatever your background, Solarec will train you.
